Products and purchases
Wanda + Viola products are made to order and sold through Etsy. Product details, prices, order processing, payment, shipping, and order support are provided through the Etsy listing and checkout.
Order changes and cancellations
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be sent within one hour of purchase. Once an item enters production, changes, cancellations, and refunds are not available.
Product concerns
If an item arrives defective or has a printing issue, contact Wanda + Viola through Etsy as soon as possible.
